ROLLDRAP wants to inform its clients and users that the territory in which it accepts and distributes orders are understood as Spain and the rest of Europe.

ROLLDRAP does not process orders through the web outside this territory. If a user is interested in receiving an article outside of the territory, they should contact the company through the form or by the e-mail shop@rolldrap.com and we will study their request and duly inform them.

Delivery costs will vary according to the weight, the destination of the package and the delivery method. It should be added that these costs will be met by the buyer. The total price corresponding to delivery charges will be visualized in the summary of the order before proceeding with the purchase.

The usual delivery date for the Canary Island is 48-72 hours. Delivery times: from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday, except bank holidays, according to the delivery route. These times may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delays in delivery, ROLLDRAP will inform its client as soon as it is aware of this.

National deliveries

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays. In the case that the client or the person authorized is not present at the time of delivery, a notification will be left, and an SMS message sent so that they can collect the package at the nearest branch. If, after two days, they do not contact the branch to collect the order, it will be returned to ROLLDRAP.

International deliveries

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays. In the case that the client or the person authorized is not present at the time of delivery, a notification will be left informing them of the nearest ACCESS POINT so they can collect the package. If, after two days, they do not contact the branch to collect the order, it will be returned to ROLLDRAP.

International delivery countries

France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Wales, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.

ROLLDRAP emphasizes the responsibility of the user of entering a full and correct delivery address. When the order is sent from distribution the client will be informed of this and the transport company will activate the monitoring functions to guarantee the delivery.

In the case that the client or person authorized are not present at the moment of delivery, and seven days have passed without being able to contact them or make the delivery, the costs for later resending will be met by the client.

Exceptions in delivery times:

During the special offers of the ROLLDRAP web, the delivery time may be longer than normal.

The ROLL DRAP holiday periods will be announced on the web and during the purchasing process.

ROLL DRAP will not assume any responsibility for delay in the delivery of the orders when this delay is the exclusive fault of the buyer or of the person authorized.

The client assumes the risks of deterioration, damage, and loss of the products of the order from the moment of their delivery in accordance with the procedure ruled in these Terms and Conditions.

Returns

As it is a hygienic product such as reusable hygienic masks, ROLLDRAP does not accept returns for hygiene reasons under the provisions of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws

Only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded in the following case:

  • When the product is defective at the time of receipt.

The client will have a period of up to fourteen calendar days from the reception of the product to exercise their right of waiver. The client should be to contact us at shop@rolldrap.com.

  • The product must be in the same state as it was delivered and must conserve the original packaging and labelling.

The refund of the amount will be made once the returned order reaches our offices and with the same method of payment that has been used.

In a maximum period of 30 days from the reception of the return, ROLLDRAP promises to make the refund.
